1. About Once

Once is a prize-linked savings platform. Users make a one-time deposit and receive entries into a weekly prize draw for as long as their deposit remains active. Deposits are held in a yield-bearing pool; yield generated funds the weekly prize. Your principal is always yours to withdraw.

2. Deposits

• The deposit amount is $10.75, which includes a non-refundable $0.75 processing fee.
• Your account balance is $10.00 — the amount available for withdrawal.
• The $0.75 processing fee covers payment processing costs and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Each active deposit grants 1 entry into every weekly draw for as long as the deposit remains active.
• Only one active deposit is permitted per account at a time.

3. Withdrawals

• You may request a withdrawal of your $10.00 balance at any time.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
• Withdrawing removes you from all future draws. Your entries are not preserved.
• The $0.75 processing fee is not returned upon withdrawal.
• Once the withdrawal is processed, you may re-deposit to re-enter draws.

4. Weekly Draw

• Draws are held weekly. The prize amount is funded by yield generated on the deposit pool.
• Winners are selected randomly, weighted by number of entries.
• The draw split is: 60% prize to winner, 30% platform operations, 10% reserve.
• Prize winnings will be distributed to the winner's original payment method within 10 business days.
• Once reserves the right to modify draw frequency, prize split, or suspend draws with 7 days notice.

5. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use Once.
• Once is currently available to US residents only.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and deposits returned.

6. No Guarantee of Prize

Participation in the weekly draw does not guarantee winning a prize. The draw is random and weighted by entries. You may participate indefinitely without winning. Your $10.00 balance is always available for withdrawal regardless of draw outcomes.

7. Yield and Returns

Pooled deposits are deployed into yield-bearing protocols. Yield rates are variable and not guaranteed. Once does not guarantee any specific prize amount or yield rate. In periods of low or zero yield, prize amounts may be reduced or draws may be suspended until sufficient yield accumulates.

8. Account Termination

Once reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate the draw. In such cases, the $10.00 balance will be returned and the $0.75 processing fee forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 7 days notice. Continued use of Once after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
